From an international perspective, European and American countries have long attached importance to fair competition in the auto repair market, and have adopted relevant laws to restrict auto manufacturers from monopolizing repair parts and repair technologies. At present, China's automobile 4S stores rely on monopoly original accessories and original authorized maintenance resources to basically monopolize the regular channels of after-sales service. Non-4S stores' maintenance companies cannot obtain official parts and components because they cannot obtain authorization from the OEM. At the same time, the homogeneous parts supplied by the parts factory to the social maintenance plant will receive the same treatment as the original parts. This will break the monopoly situation of 4S shops in car maintenance, consumers will have more active choices in car maintenance, and maintenance costs will be reduced.
