Fourth, the assembly is carried out under extremely clean conditions, and the working surface of the part is free of bumps, scratches, burrs and other attachments;
Fifth, strict operating procedures, seals should be installed correctly to prevent deformation when not in place;
Sixth, master the performance specifications and use requirements of seals, and replace failed parts in a timely manner;
Seventh, for thin-walled parts such as side covers, sheet metal cold is used for correction; shaft hole parts that are easy to wear can be processed by metal spraying, welding repair, gluing, machining, etc.
Eighth, the nut should be repaired or replaced with a broken or loose wire, and screwed to the specified torque.
